Extremely sad i have to let go of my two beautiful blue and gold macaws.
It’s been a lifelong dream to own two macaw birds, my dreams were filled when I purchased Margo & Zazu in august. Unfortunately my husband has severe allergies to them, we have tried air purifiers, medication separation etc.. sadly until I can have a heated outdoor aviary and space for them to live it’s not fair on my husband to be put through this daily.
We originally purchased these as a breeding pair. They are so in love and the best of friends, they have been together since hatching. Please note these are NON RELATED so therefore perfect if you was to decide to breed in the future.
They absolutely love cuddles especially zazu, he will climb down to sit with you on the sofa, tilted to the side one wing in the air for cuddles on your chest.
They are still currently syringe fed usually three times a day.
They LOVE LOVE LOVE their pellets, and they love fresh Veggies and fruits
